• Description: WinSpeech is a text-to-speech application that reads text and produces speech to the audio output. Features basic text editing tools, talk from editing window, DDE server allows other Windows applications to send text for talking, coach mode for providing audio instructions throughout the program, dictionary editing tools for customizing pronunciation.
